The WIMA Hydro Density Separator (HDS) range provides an efficient, water-based solution for separating heavy and light materials with reliability and precision. Designed for processing secondary raw materials, the HDS series utilises water (density ~1 g/cm³) to allow denser materials to sink while lighter ones float. An added targeted up flow mechanism further refines separation, ensuring particles sink or float based on their speed relative to the up flow, delivering a precise, effective solution that surpasses conventional methods.
