The WIMA HDS-S machine is designed for advanced water-based density separation, featuring a separation chamber, a discharge conveyor for lightweight materials, and a robust screw conveyor for heavy materials up to 150 mm. At its core, an adjustable propeller controls flow velocity within the chamber, creating an upflow that directs lighter materials to the discharge conveyor, while heavier materials settle at the bottom and are conveyed by the screw system.
