Austin Carey sets up Powerscreen Sales (Scotland) Ltd, covering Scotland and North East England.

2003
Austin joins forces with the other three UK Powerscreen dealers to set up Spares UK to provide genuine OEM parts for Powerscreen equipment.

Powerscreen Sales (Scotland) Ltd rebrands to Blue Machinery (Scotland) Ltd as the company looks to expand into further industries and become a multi-brand dealer.

Blue Scotland adds the Doppstadt brand to the product portfolio with the strategic vision of targeting the growing recycling and waste sectors

2006
Blue Scotland adds the world renowned Pegson mobile crusher range (which would later merge with Powerscreen) to complement the existing screens from Powerscreen.

2008
Spares UK is rebranded to Blue Spares to position the company in line with the capital equipment business.

2011
Terex Fuchs range of material handlers added to the Blue Machinery portfolio.

2015
Blue Scotland named ‘Global Dealer of the Year’ for Powerscreen.

2016
Blue Scotland moves into a new 3.5 acre facility in Stirling.

Blue Machinery acquires Murray Plant to add a range of leading attachment brands to the portfolio.

Murray Plant restructures and becomes ‘a Blue Scotland company’.
