The Terex Washing Systems HydroScrub™ 200 is specifically engineered for wash recycling applications, providing maximum flexibility and performance. At its core is the HydroScrub™ Hull, which can be easily adjusted to operate in either Logwasher or HydroScrub™ mode. This adaptability allows operators to optimise performance across a wide range of feed materials, from difficult-to-scrub conglomerated aggregates and clays to aggregates heavily laden with light contaminants like organics, plastics, and wood. The machine is neatly packaged on a modular chassis, featuring an on-board full-rinsing 2-Deck Pre-Screen, 2-Deck aggregate sizing screen, high-capacity trash screen, and a single central collection sump. With all-round walkway access and multiple maintenance hatches, the HydroScrub™ 200 offers a complete rinsing, scrubbing, and sizing solution that is easy to operate and maintain.
